Since the age of 10 I have been a yo-yo dieter. I never really got to grips with the concept of adopting a healthy lifestyle as I simply wanted to see fast results. After a number of unsuccessful attempts I decided to go it alone. I’ve changed my approach to simply wanting to see results to understanding that I am not on a diet nor am I competing in a weight-loss race, instead it is a complete lifestyle change. And I will make that change through healthy eating and exercise. Watch this space guys!

 I do not advocate that everything I do and write about in this blog is the ‘best’ way nor do I believe that every journey is the same. I hope my blog merely brings understanding, ideas and a general light-hearted approach to change in life. As my reader you will see my journey step by step, reading of my accomplishments and my not so successful situations.
